Passing It On: Jacket Upcycling
We know many families have already been passing jackets along from one athlete to the next, and we think that’s fantastic. The Northstar Team Foundation would like to support this upcycling tradition in a bigger way this year.
To make it easier, we’ve set up a drop-off and pick-up site at Tahoe Mountain Realty in The Village at Northstar. Families are welcome to donate gently used team jackets. While we can’t facilitate payments between parents, we’re happy to hold a jacket for pick-up or accept donations for future athletes.

We’ve noticed a particular demand for junior sizes 6–10 as our youngest athletes grow so quickly, but all sizes are welcome. This is a wonderful way to extend the life of a jacket, support fellow families, and keep our team spirit strong!
