Over 700 athletes participate in the Ski & Snowboard Team program each year, of which we have provided hundreds with financial and merit-based scholarships to ensure all kids have the opportunity to thrive

We support our dedicated coaching staff with educational, health & wellness, and financial assistance which has in part led to an over 90% coach retention rate for the program for over 3 consecutive years

In cooperation with Northstar Resort, we helped acquire and now maintain the only dedicated team training arena in the entire Tahoe region allowing for controlled teaching terrain
